PRENATAL YOGA

Practicing Yoga during your pregnancy will allow you to connect with your body and will nurture yourself and your baby. In this class, all the key elements of Prenatal Yoga will be discussed including breathing, grounding in the pelvis region and in releasing the spine.

Appropriate for any stage of pregnancy and no experience is needed. A physician's note is required stating that it is safe to participate.
